Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase only if the product you received is damaged or faulty. Note that this is subject to inspection.

You can initiate a return or exchange by replying the order confirmation email or send us one directly to info@santota.com. Keep in mind that you will be required to pay a standard post rate to return your item/s and, we will send you a return label. After receiving the package and checking the items, which must have tags still on, and have no visible signs of wear or use, we will issue the return or exchange. Please note that at this time, this is only available for USA customers. If you are out of US, you will have to ship the item to us through your local carrier, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
